Abstract :
A boost inverter topology offers higher ac output voltage while using lower dc input. This topology can be a transformer-less solution for low level dc voltage grid-connected inverter or used for low dc-voltage embedded inverter-motor drives. This paper presents a hybrid modeling of two boost converters, connected as a boost inverter. Each boost converter is controlled independently producing sinusoidal voltage at the output. The simulated result is obtained using MATLAB/Simulink and PSIM simulation software.
