Abstract
State-of-the-art of oily water treatment and basic working principle of spiral tube separator are first introduced. Laboratory testing system and facility are described. By experimental study, effect of flow rate and gyration radius on both separation efficiency and split ratio is studied. This work would provide theoretical basis and references for further research on the separation characteristic of spiral tube separators.
