Abstract :
Speediness and efficiency are very critical for evaluation of the psychological crisis situation in emergency situations. This paper establishes the indicators for evaluation of the psychological crisis situation in emergency situations and simplified the indicators with FANN (Factor Analysis Neural Network). It can be proved by the instance in this paper that the model can evaluate the psychological crisis situation in emergency situations quickly and effectively and can provide a fast and reliable basis for intervention and treatment of the psychological crisis in emergency situations.
