Abstract
Fuzzy control has many advantages over traditional control, e.g. the PID algorithm, but the basic capacity of fuzzy control to adapt to time varying environment conditions and system parameters is rather poor. In order to improve the control system´s robustness and its response characteristics, we have designed a fuzzy controller with a self-regulating scaling factors algorithm. The design of the fuzzy control hardware logic circuits and fuzzy control software algorithms are introduced. Finally, an application example is presented
