Abstract :
Up to now, there is no effective industrial treatment method for waste emulsion generated in copper processing industry. The process of demulsification - membrane concentration - filtration - activated carbon adsorption technology and demulsification - membrane concentration - filtration - micro-filtration - reverse osmosis are adopted for treatment of waste emulsion. The results of laboratory tests and industrial continuous tests show that the process flow is simple and all indicators of discharged liquid can meet state specified effluent discharge standard.
