Abstract :
In order to adapt to fast development of computer science and technology and the needs of society for applied talents, we put forward the accordance of construction mode of talent cultivation, analyze quality, ability and knowledge frame of applied talents, and present a series of innovation methods of training patterns for applied talents with high qualities in this paper. Experimental results reveal the efficiency of the mode.
