Abstract
In this paper, the development of a software tool that will accept an XML file containing genetic data and dynamically generate database tables in which to load the data is reported. Development of the tool is due to two recent developments. First is the increasing number of traditional clinical researchers who want to access to genetic data. Secondly, researchers want the ability to load the genetic data into a relational database for querying purposes. In addition, genetic data stored in relational databases can easily be joined with other related data stored in table form.
