  • Abstract
    As a kind of work attitude, job satisfaction influences the willingness and quality of CPAspsila (Certified Public Accountant) work directly and influences the development of CPA firms indirectly. The importance of job satisfaction of CPA can not be ignored. This paper first analyses the professional characteristics of CPA specialized in high-tech industry, then interview them by using carefully designed questionnaire. After data statistical analysis, this paper finds out industry prospect, sense of identity and welfare rank the first three most important factors which influence the job satisfaction of CPA. This paper also explores the influences of individual difference on job satisfaction. In the end, this research draws conclusions based on the combination of research findings and development status of chinese accounting firms.
