Abstract :
An improved method to construct t-EC/AUED (t-error correcting and all unidirectional error detecting codes) is presented. In many cases, the new method matches or improves the best known t-EC/AUED codes. Furthermore, the construction does not require complementation of codewords except the all zero and the all ones words. So, this method is also superior to the previous techniques when the code parameters are the same
