Abstract :
Based on 3D chaos game representation of DNA sequence, we obtain four characteristic curves. The geometrical centers and mean deviation of four curves have been grouped into a sixteen-component vector to represent the DNA sequence. The Euclidean distances among introduced vectors are applied to characterize and compare the coding sequences of the first exon of beta globin gene of 11 different species.
