Abstract
Developed in response to industry´s need for qualified professionals to design and develop interactive interfaces and online information systems, Rensselaer´s human-computer interaction (HCI) program was built on a foundation of our long-standing program in technical communication and our tradition of technological innovation. So that the program will continue to meet the needs of our students, we monitor the program to ensure that its content stays current and that its focus and orientation remain in synch with a rapidly changing and growing professional field. In this paper we discuss some of our recent activities to incorporate feedback from program reviews into our curriculum and course projects.
