Abstract
This paper describes the standard set for the HF electrical field, which was completed using the "standard electrical field method". The standard transmitting antenna consists of thirteen half-wave tuned dipole antennas, whose operating frequencies are different. The frequency range covers from 30 to 1000MHz. The transmitting field strength is 100-120 dBμV/m on the steel open area test site with dimensions of 40 m × 1.5 m. Uncertainty is less than 1dB. It was used for EMC test such as the metrology of electromagnetic field strength and the calibration of antenna factor.
