Abstract :
The process of organizational knowledge innovation is that knowledge dissemination and knowledge growth in organizational learning. Knowledge growth is based on effective knowledge dissemination. Through analysis and necessary assumptions, this paper gives a mathematical model and discusses the process of knowledge diffusion from individual and informal group to formal group in organizational knowledge innovation. Then it draws a conclusion that there is a peak period for diffusing knowledge, and the peak period is affected by the factors such as the rate of knowledge dissemination and forgetting, and provides a basis which a manager can give promotion at the opportune moment in order to make the effective diffusing knowledge become true.
