  • Abstract
    This paper takes a holistic view of computer supported cooperative systems and considers the subsystems that may be required. Some research projects in a variety of relevant areas are described. In particular a research project in the area of information retrieval of the hidden web is presented from the viewpoint of facilitating the provision of better knowledge for computer supported cooperative systems.
