  • Abstract
    Analogy if photo-voltaic and injection-voltaic effects have been described. New kinds of electronic and optoelectronic devices based on new injection-voltaic and photovoltaic effects were offered, such as composite injection-voltaic photo-transistor (IVPT) and cascade injection-voltaic phototransistor (CIVPT) with amplification.
