Abstract :
This article focused on the methods of simplification of PERT network chart without changing the logical relationships inside the network itself. It proposed the characteristic viewpoints with the realization algorithm and instruction. It also proposed and demonstrated the correctness of a computational formula to calculate the time parameters of the equivalent task corresponding the probabilistic sub-network.
