Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Analyze surface water quality characteristics of farmland by the integrated pollution index, by changing irrigation methods study optimization measures for curbing the agricultural non-point source pollution; using statistical software SPSS15.0 analyze the factors of impact on purification function of wetlands and study the effect of remove pollutants in the field of artificial wetlands out of the door; establish channels - farmland - artificial wetland system.
