Abstract :
A column driver is designed with a standard 0.35μm CMOS process to fit the application and physical properties of passive OLED panels. This paper presents design considerations to meet the requirements for the device. When pre-charge phase is applied, columns can be driven by a internal current and voltages on columns quickly reach the target level. The driver IC is designed in 0.35μm CMOS technology.
