Abstract :
In this paper, an LED dimming system is proposed, fabricated and tested. The LED´s energy consumption is low, and the control of its brightness is simple and effective. It can be quickly adjusted between 0-100 percent of its maximum brightness, and will not affect the service life. The whole system is composed of the delivery and reception modules of the wireless signal, single-chip microcomputers for data processing, a single-stage PFC constant voltage circuit based on L6562A, a constant current circuit based on LM3404HV and the load of LED string. The wireless information is sent by a wireless remote controller, and MCV is used to encode and decode the information and generate PWM signal to the LED driver to control the LED´s on, off and brightness. The problems with the PWM LED dimming will be introduced. In the end, the experiment results show the feasibility and convenience of the proposed wireless LED dimming system.
