Toward Cooperative Designing of Customized Business Process in Web Service Environment

A key to maintain competitiveness is the ability of an enterprise to interact with or adapt to customers agilely. This paper proposes a new user-oriented business process model, named customized process, to cater for multitudinous individual demand. Firstly, the characteristics or requirements of customized process are analyzed and presented. Then, we describe how to generate agile user interface based on self-adapting template technique, to create customized process according to user´s demand by using artificial intelligence technique CBR, and to cooperate between domain exports to deliberate such customized process. At last, matching web services for designed process is briefly introduced.
