Abstract :
In order to solve the problem that super-high pressure compressor pipeline system had serious vibration in a petrochemical enterprise, finite element method (FEM) was used in this paper to build analysis model which could recover the field. The causes of excessive vibration of pipeline systems were found by modal analysis and harmony analysis, then the reform program by changing the system stiffness was carried out. After the implementation of the program, test data showed that the vibration displacement dropped greatly and the effect of reconstruction was excellent. The method provided an effective reference for the vibration reduction of super-high pressure compressor pipeline.
