Evaluation system of education quality in the evolution of information technology

This paper proposes a database based evaluation and management system. We takes the viewpoint of classroom teaching and information system in the research. The purpose of our efforts is based on the concept to improve the quality of education according to the new requirements set by the National Physical Education Curriculum Standard. The questionnaire surveys in this paper are imposed in the group of approximately 100 teachers, 300 students who entered the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education in 2008 and 2009. In order to cover the required qualities of the educators in Physical Education, this paper investigates the necessary quality as a physical educator, and proposes twenty two parameters to evaluate the educator in all perspectives.
