Abstract :
Today, as an effective alternative to traditional ergonomics study or improvement, ergonomics modelling and simulation could be performed free form the constraint of working scene. In current case study, based on the scenario of semiconductor fabrication workshop, digital manikin was build and the musculoskeletal loads on L4/L5 joint on lumber and shoulder joint of female workers in specific posture during material handling was analyzed by inverse kinematics simulation. And the standard dimensions of anthropometry variables were adjusted based on China National Standard. Accordingly, the optimal working posture was predicted based on the specific facility situation of the company in study and related advice were proposed.
