Abstract :
Inverter welders are one of the most useful electric welders in industry. An inverter welder is a complex and powerful load and its electromagnetic radiation should be noted. So it is essential to study the EMC of inverter welders and their welding arc. Here the mechanism of radiation from an inverter welder and its welding arc is analyzed, the calculation of the radiation is discussed, and some conclusions including the irradiation of welding workers are presented.
