After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This essay analyses the existing problems of the present Chinese urban migrant workers sports construction, and points out that the management mode is unfavorable to be intensive. Currently, the problem is not fulfilling their sports right, but actualizing migrant workers sports life. The suggestions are issuing migrant workers sports certificates, taking the migrant workers sports into enterprise evaluation system, creating some simple exercises methods according to migrant workers´ body characteristics.
