Abstract :
A new design of lubricants supply system with micro-hole for long life unit was introduced in this paper. According to Hagen-Poiseuille formular, the flux of the micro-hole was estimated considering both the capillary force and the centrifugal force. The diameter and the number of the micro-hole were designed. The experiments of lubricants supply for the bearing unit were carried out to verify the speed of lubricants supply. The results showed that the lubricants supply system with micro-hole fulfilled the demands of the bearing unit in flywheel.
