Towards a knowledge management system for the University of Manouba

The system of scientific research in Tunisia, has evolved for the past years, both in terms of structure, and programs and objectives. Despite all these efforts, we notice that there is an absence of an information system which allows gathering, classifying and disseminating information, in research institutes, while taking into account users´ needs. With contribution, all the skills are appropriate to meet the encouraging conditions for research and innovation at the University of Manouba. In this paper we propose an architecture of a knowledge based system, founded on an ontology that we will build and enrich.
