Abstract :
Original real time dosimetry techniques for X- and gamma-rays and neutron fields, developed and used daily for the last ten years, are presented. Dedicated to silicon, facility constraints, reliability and measurement quality goals lead to the selection of appropriate sensors and data handling. The first system manages and documents total dose and neutron fluence experiments in the following ranges: 0.01 to 1000 rad (Si)/s and 1E10 to 1E15 n/cm2 (1 MeV eq.). The second one does the same under pulsed X-rays mode, delivering 0.01 to 25000 rad (Si) in 10 ns to 1 μs duration. Calibration procedures are discussed. Accuracy is generally better than 15%
