  • Abstract
A new type of magnetic shielding coating in low frequency (f≤20 kHz) was made. The fillers of the coating were compound. They were made of non-crystal magnetic powder, micron Ni powder and magnetic fibre. The agglomerant of the coating was acrylic resin. The coating was gained after surface treating, mixing, milling, grinding, filtrating techniques. The maximum magnetic shielding effectiveness of the coating is 14∼15 dB. The coating is low in cost, and convenient for application. The coating can reduce magnetic radiation pollution. We first found that the magnetic shielding in low frequency could be realized with the form of the coating.
