Abstract :
Rapid and high flexible of product manufacturing cell is requested in agile manufacturing. Compositive module and functional structure of the flexible punching and shearing die is designed for rebuilding traditional manufacturing devices and realizing the thought of rapid and flexible manufacturing. The method to design NC programmed technology of graphics processing model is illustrated in detail. Through analyzing the framework of DXF file, picking up digital information of NC machining, and then according to the request of machining technics, the graphics data is further sorted and processed, finally the machining NC code file is automatically created. The module of machining dynamic simulation is designed for verifying the NC codes, which improves machining efficiency and quality.
