Abstract
In this known that diode laser diffused wavelength in special temperature, and even current threshold of laser is functional from temperature. For feed-through of solid laser for example Nd:YAG high absorption occurred in 808 nm wavelength among 13.5-14 degree centigrade temperature. Diode current supply is one of the important parts in solid laser under feed-through. Thermal change and wavelength change caused by disorder in output result. Specially, in diode laser supply system is controlling of by superficial diode laser. That is done with NTC and or PTC. The best method for intelligent controlling of superficial diode laser is using semiconductor peltier which is conversely with thermocouple (peltier effect) because after transient of electrical current it develops cool on a surface. On the other hand thermocouple system is known under see-beck effect title. So by designing adaptable current and voltage supply system it gives the best high absorption in axis Nd:YAG. This paper gives good design and fabricating of switching power supply for laser diode´s peltier system with adequate potency in order to reach high efficiency embedded system.
