Abstract :
Along with the development of the global economy, the importance of the CRM(customer relationship management) and information technology has been learned by more and more enterprises. With the rapid development of the data mining technology, its usage in the enterprise´ CRM will be more in-depth. The enterprise can find potential new customers and keep good relationships with old customers with the help of the advanced data mining technology. This paper lists the category of enterprise´ customer, classfies them by their value to the enterprise, and builds the model of ID3 algorithm to find the most valuble customer of the enterprise. This will attain the intellectual need in the CRM interactive process, help the enterprise understand the behavior of the customers to a fuller extent, and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
