  • Abstract
    Crankshaft grinder is widely used in shipbuilding, locomotives, large compressors, manufacturing and repair industry, which is used for grinding various large crankshafts and spindle neck parts. HUST-H4 CNC system is a general CNC system developed by Delta-CIMIC (Delta) corporation, which supports maximum 4-axis control and is widely used for CNC lathe, mill, grinders. By using HUST-H4 CNC system, servo drives, servo motors, ball screw & nut fittings, PLC, Marposs P7 measuring instrument and other components, complete the CNC its hardware reformation; designs a highly targeted grinding & wheel dressing interface, targeted programs and machine security procedures. In the practical application, the CNC reformed grinder improves production efficiency greatly, also reduces labor intensity greatly. In additional, by adding anti-collision and ultra-way protection blocks improve the safety performance of the machine.
