  • Abstract
In this paper, a novel digital rights management system based on cloud computing and dynamic secure permission is proposed, according to the problems existed in current DRM system and new requirements of consumes. This scheme embeds the second watermark which is jointly created by all the parties involved based on the Chinese remainder theorem, to realize reliable right tracing and detection; It manages the information of all the parties involved and licenses, and control the superdistribution of rights and digital contents through dynamic secure right center, to realize highly secure, flexible and dynamic fine-grained usage control; In respect that the rapid increase of users and contents will bring heavy burden on dynamic secure right center and content distributors, which will reduce system performance, the system is based on the powerful computing and storage capabilities of cloud computing. This system not only protects the rights of consumes and content providers, but also ensures system performance requirements.
