Abstract :
Against the background of system integration, the increase of energy efficiency and device mobility it is worthwhile to investigate alternative production methods for electrical machines. In this paper 3D Screen Printing as a new technology for producing components of electrical machines or even whole motors is introduced. Therewith revolutionary materials and machine designs are suitable. The resulting effects because of a new machine design are higher rated temperature, improved efficiency and higher torque density.
