Abstract :
The real-time irrigation water demand is needed in the irrigation district downstream of the Yellow River to increase the water use efficiency under the operation institution. It is difficult to get the historical data in unsurveyed area, though ET is critical to approach the real-time water demand, a fuzzy cluster model is developed in the paper to estimate the real-time ET of crops for the water demand, then the model is used in Qucun irrigation area which is in downstream of the Yellow River, the results are reasonable and the method is feasible. The model can be widely used in the unsurveyed irrigation area.
