Abstract :
Based on EMC, in DRFM system, design techniques of high speed and high accuracy ADCs with interference-free ability and low noise are described in this paper. After EMI model has been found, ideal performances can be achieved by analyzing interference factors, restraining interference sources and cutting off interference paths with corresponding steps. Important parameters, such as IBW, output SNR, frequency reproduction precision and MTBF, etc., can meet the needs of engineering design.
