Abstract :
There is a difficult problem, so called "Vertical conductor problem" in current electrical engineering. On this problem, the first author proposed a new theory and presented rather many papers. The theory is based on the duality between the electric field and the magnetic field. However, it is not accepted as a useful theory because of the feebleness of theoretical background. Now, the theory is reinforced theoretically by considering the simultaneity in the propagation phenomena and including the effect of the theory of relativity, and experimentally by the author\´s several measurements. Moreover, the more evidence of the author\´s theory is revealed. That is, the "Lorentz condition for electromagnetic field" is strongly supports the author\´s theory. So, this long term problem is solved soon.
