Abstract :
A negotiation method based on the network is proposed, which is aimed to control the negotiating cost through the networks for those large of components suppliers. About the negotiating cost, the detailed classified result is generated such as the explicit cost and implicit cost. Each of them is generated from the different negotiating environment. In the practical negotiation, to meet the requirements of various negotiating factors, the real-time negotiation strategy and none-real-time negotiation strategy is put forward. A discrete mathematical model of negotiation for components suppliers is proposed through the networks. In this model, the price consistency, delivery time confirmation and components quality guarantee are considered for the negotiation pairs. Finally, the negotiation process is analyzed concretely based on the proposed negotiation model.
