Abstract :
We have designed an electron beam injection system for laser wakefield acceleration experiments which will be performed in a new facility of JAERI-Kansai in Kyoto. This system consists of an RF photocathode gun which can produce a 5 ps 1 π mm.mrad electron single bunch at a race-track microtron. Here we have estimated the acceptance of a laser wakefield in order to achieve more efficient acceleration and have designed the high quality beam injector
