  • Abstract
To enhance the anaerobic digestion of sludge through adding microzyme, the result of orthogonal experimental design shown that the optimum enhancing conditions are reaction temperature 35°C, rice wine yeast adding, dosage 10% (solid content). In this condition, SCOD content of sludge fermenting liquor reach 7214 mg/L, VFAs 2424 mg/L, the removal rate of SS and VSS are 16.46% and 26.87% respectively.
