Abstract :
To reduce energy consumption and improve the level of automation of the system, based on analyzing and studying of dust removing system technological characteristics for carbon-produce lathing process, PLC control system of dust removing system has been ensured. Hardware composing and software function of control system has been built. The industry measure mathematics model has been put forward that is using the average velocity to measure the dust removing capacity, and the PID control algorithm to adjust the throttle intensity of the dust controller has been brought forward. Based on that, the effectual method for engineering actualizing and PLC control flow has been designed. Performance parameters, match with actual capacity, of dust removing system are set by control system automatically. Because of this control method, the energy consumption of dust catcher has been reduced about 35%. The application indicates that this control system is compact and credible. It helps to enhance corporation´s automatization and management level and to improve environment lustration rate. It provides reference for auto-control of other dust removing.
