Abstract :
We applied SVM in the inspection of terminal welding of Fuel Pump. When the welding overheats, the surface becomes to be brass color, which is the melted terminal material. There is a problem of misjudging work-pieces to defective goods or not because there is a vague area ldquogray zonerdquo. Then, we applied SVM to detect the gray zone. As a result, we could decrease excessive judgments as defective goods greatly.
