  • Abstract
Adsorptive (titanium pillared montmorillonite) with the TiCl4 as the precursors were prepared for the regeneration. A novel approach was used to regenerate the Ti-MMT after removal As from the As solution using the regeneration solution, and the regeneration materials were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, BET. The results indicated that the capacities of the original and the regenerated materials were declined from 13.02mg/g to 11.79mg/g, but the selectivity for arsenic increased with the increasing times of regeneration. And as the times of regeneration increased, the surface area of the Ti-MMT decreased from 201.6m2/g to 187.1m2/g.
