Abstract
In this paper we discuss main elements of greenhouse gases emissions trading processes and policies to manage the processes that enable the reduction of negative effects of global warming. We review and discuss targeted greenhouses gases emissions for main players (six countries) of the Kyoto protocol and the emissions projections of the countries by 2020 year. We analyze existing emissions trading program, mechanisms and policies to manage greenhouse gases emissions trading. We propose a simulation approach for conceptual design of systems for management of emission trading process at national and international levels.
