Abstract
The author presents a system development framework which is derived from a `space´ concept denoting the responsibility for system development activities and `V-curve´ denoting a fundamental principle of manufacturing. This approach is in contrast with conventional process models or standards in which necessary activities are organized in the sense of a preceding/succeeding context. The author´s framework is more logical, exhaustive, and understandable to all the parties of people
