  • Abstract
    Collaborative networks (CN) of different economical sectors plays an important role in economy, as they are able to adapt themselves to today´s turbulent market environments. Collaboration is the main characteristics of these organizations, so the contacts among human beings have an outstanding importance. A very important element of this human contact is trust. Trust building in collaborative networks has special characteristic as it is influenced among others by the type of media and communication device, and also by the duration of cooperation. Reliable identification of human partners is the first step of trust generation/building in networked, collaborative environments/systems. The paper discusses the methods and roles of different identification types in the operation of collaborative networks from these aspects.
