Abstract :
We demonstrate stable dual-wavelength operation of a high power diode laser in an external cavity configuration (2λ-ECDL) at wavelength range of 800 nm which can be tuned with difference frequencies in the THz range. Our source is compact and exhibits high contrast of the intensity modulation with THz frequencies.
