  • Abstract
In this paper authors have made analysis of factors that affect on magneto static wave oscillator´s (MSWO) frequency. Authors have offered a method of temperature stabilization of MSWO frequency based on magnetization of ferrite film under certain angle to perpendicular that is easy to realize. This method allow to compensate temperature changes of ferrite saturation magnetization as well as temperature coefficients of magnetic system field either positive and negative signs. The influence of ferrite parameters, frequency and MSW length on value of temperature stable magnetization angle has been investigated. Demands for frequency determinating element (FDE) have been considered and shown that FDE with high quality parameter R and big phase increment over pass band (over 2pi) is needed for designing MSWO with low noise level and wide band tuning
