Abstract
In this paper, several practice oriented issues of Internet and advanced modeling based way of computer integrated higher education courses are analyzed considering recent achievements. The structure of courses consisting of modules and topics is evaluated from the point of view of functions and management of activities. Following this, definition of teaching programs is analyzed including the constraints in classroom model. Next, content and connections of a topic are discussed. Finally, concept of virtual classroom modeling extension (VCME) to industrial engineering modeling systems is evaluated.
